What leaves your computer, and what doesn't.
Everything inside the box runs on your own machine. Pick how you want the AI layer and see exactly what crosses the line.
- Capture Your microphone, and the call's audio, recorded as two channels. No bot anywhere.
- Transcription A speech model running locally turns the audio into text, online or offline.
- Your library Transcripts, notes, tags and search live on your disk. The audio is deleted once the notes are written, by default.
- Your Dictionary Names and jargon you teach it, kept local, used to hear you better.
Audio never crosses this line.
What leaves: Nothing.
Recording, transcription, notes and search all run locally. No account and no network needed. You get the full transcript; you write your own summaries.
What leaves: Transcript text, only when you ask.
When you ask for a summary or a polished dictation, the transcript text goes to our gateway in Sydney, Australia, is processed there on AWS, and comes back. We do not store it, log it, or train anything on it.
What leaves: Transcript text, to your own provider.
The same step through your own Anthropic key or AWS Bedrock account. Your text goes to the provider you chose, under your own agreement with them. We never see it.
